You will get a detailed list of preparation work within 2 days of booking your project (yep, sorry - there is homework). As we are booking out in advance, you will usually have at least 2 to 4 weeks to complete this guided to do list before the project starts.
I’m available for one clarification meeting prior to project start although most clients find this is not necessary as the process is well laid out and detailed.
Preparation work must be completed at least 48 hours prior to project start or your project may be delayed (at an additional cost).
WEEK 1
Monday: project starts, we have a kickoff call to go over the submitted content and ask each other any questions
Wednesday: home page draft presentation
Friday: website presentation call
WEEK 2
Monday - Wednesday: feedback & refinement period
Thursday: launch prep
Friday: Launch Day! We meet to launch the site and I also teach you how to make your own edits.
Support: 30 days of email support starts the Monday after project ends.

Typically just one 8-hour day or two 4-hour days, for which you will need to be readily available in case I need to pause work to get feedback before continuing.
We’ll discuss a ‘dream list’ of to-dos, then we use that to set a Scope of Work and book your project day based on that list.
Anything I need in order to complete the work is due prior to the start of our project day.
